Simon ha iniziato a ballare Lindy Hop, Swedish Bugg e Boogie Woogie quando aveva sette anni. Da adolescente entra a far parte della Nazionale svedese di queste discipline. Ha sempre praticato social dance durante gli ultimi tredici anni, ma allo stesso tempo ha anche continuato a competere ed esibirsi. L'aspetto più importante della danza per lui è riuscire ad esprimere se stessi nel rispetto della tradizione e delle radici.

Simon started dancing Lindy Hop, Swedish Bugg and Boogie Woogie when he was 7 years old. In his teenage years he joined the Swedish National Team. He has been enjoying the social dance scene for the past 13 years even though competition and performing is something he enjoys still. The most importants aspects of dancing for him is respecting the roots while still expressing yourself.
